Alterations of layout to create 4 separate living spaces all with their own en suite shower room. Complete re-wire and new plumbing and heating system.  Re-landscaped outside area to create secure car park.    

Mid hinged plate mounted lighting columns with high power LED security lighting with active PIR sensors and control equipment to provide additional security at a high security site.  This included all civils related to the concrete bases and cable ducts etc.
